Jake was true friend for many years to our good friend and Ladybird co-founder Lisa Winn.  Her love for animals shone brightly when Jake was by her side and by her side did he stay.  Through thick and thin, Jake was a loyal companion.  He traveled from east to west coast along the Trans Canada highway alongside Lisa as she made the biggest move of her life, and was with her when she traveled back home to plant her roots once again.  From his vibrant active days with boundless energy, to his salt and pepper elderly years Jake was always a special dog who was loved to the ends of the earth.  He will never be forgotten.

A donation was made by Melissa McClelland in memorial of Lisa Winn’s beloved dog Jake, who sadly passed earlier this year.
