* Simon found his forever home with awesome people! *

We rescued Carol and Simon from a shelter in Quebec. Big thanks to Freedom Drivers Volunteer Transport  volunteers for getting the hamsters to us!

Carol and Simon were surrendered to the shelter because their owner didn’t have time for them. Dwarf hamsters aren’t known for being particularly friendly (though some are) and these two are pretty feisty (i.e. bitey). We’re hoping with some more attention than they were getting in their previous home, they’ll eventually get used to being handled.

Carol and Simon both received a clean bill of health from the vet (thank you Dr. Stubbs!), and now they’re ready to find their forever homes! They are not being housed together, so they are available for adoption individually.
