* Millie has been adopted by her foster home! Yippee! *

Millie arrived at Hamilton Animal Services frightened and injured. It’s not known for sure what happened to her, but she was missing a lot of fur from the top of her head, and she had open wounds on her face. To top it off, Millie was infested with lice. HAS staff tended to Millie’s wounds and they treated the mites. Nobody came forward to claim Milly, and because of her shyness, HAS reached out to us for help. We were happy to get little Millie out of the shelter and into the warmth and safety of a foster home. She’s doing well there so far, and she’s even making biscuits for her foster family.
Millie has a vet visit coming up soon and we’ll have another update for you then.
