* Miley found her forever home with a lovely person! Yay! *

Miley came into Hamilton Animal Services as a stray. More likely, Miley’s owners no longer wanted her so they abandoned her outdoors. Thankfully she survived the cold and ended up safe. We were glad to get Miley out of the shelter and into a loving foster home.

Miley is a nice hammy, but she isn’t fond of being handled.  She’ll try to bite if she feels threatened. For this reason, she would not be a good fit for a home with small children.

Her foster home has provided Miley a large bin cage so she has lots of space to move around  She spends her days snoozing in her hidey hut, and at night she puts many miles on her wheel.
Miley was given a clean bill of health at the vet and she found her forever home in no time.
