RESCUE NEWS

Walter

Walter arrived at Hamilton Animal Services as a stray. He had a microchip, but the number was out of service. Even after spending an extended period of time at the shelter, no owner came forward looking for Walter. When a foster home opened up, we were thrilled to get this sweet guy out of the shelter and into a safe and warm foster home. Read more

FOSTER NEWS

TERRY AND MERLIN

Merlin and Terry ended up at Hamilton Animal Services when their owner passed away. They were both quite matted and were in desperate need of nail trims, so HAS staff got them fixed up as best they could. No family members or friends came forward to pick Merlin and Terry up, so HAS staff reached out to us. We were happy to get these two sweethearts out of the shelter and into the safety of a foster home. At their vet visit, Terry was given medication for a minor skin irritation, but they were otherwise in pretty good health. A couple of weeks later, both boys had dental surgery remove rotten teeth and get a good teeth cleaning. They healed up great from their surgery, and now they’re ready to find their forever home! Ladybird just loves giving cute bunnies a chance at the best life possible. We rescued Madeline and Morty with their mom and siblings from Hamilton Animal Services when they were just 9 days old. We’re thrilled to report that they’ve now found their forever home together with an awesome family.
