Xena
Xena ended up at Hamilton Animal Services as a stray. She had severe ear mites when she arrived, so the shelter treated them while she waited out her stray time. No owner came forward to claim Xena, and the shelter had her spayed through the OVC student program. Unfortunately the shelter couldn’t put Xena into their adoption program because she developed an upper respiratory virus shortly after her spay. We were happy to get this pretty girl out of the shelter and into a loving foster home. She’s been doing great at her foster home so far and is slowly coming out of her shell. We hope the medication for the respiratory issue will work quickly, and she’ll be feeling better soon. Once she is given the all clear from her vet, Xena will be available for adoption.
Welcome to Ladybird, Xena! We’re so happy you’re here!
