This is truly an amazing donation to Ladybird! This morning, Spencer Creek Animal Hospital veterinarian Dr. Christine Stubbs, neutered our newly rescued rabbit Lancelot, and removed a broken tooth that was causing him some issues. He came through the surgery well, and when we went to pick him up this afternoon, we were told that his surgery and further care until his adoption will be donated by Dr. Stubbs! Incredible! Thank you so much Dr. Stubbs and Spencer Creek for all you do for our small animals. Lancelot says thank you too!
Here’s the original post by Dr. Stubbs:
“Ice bucket challenge.
I was nominated by Jim Alemany for the ice bucket challenge but for those who know me I would die instantly due to hypothermia. In lieu of this I decided to donate my time and money to the ladybird animal sanctuary and provide medical and surgical care for Lancelot one of their new bunny rescues until he finds is new family. Please share and help him find loving family. I’m now nominating everyone to share this post to find Lancelot his forever home and to give smile and be kind to all you meet. You never know what hurdles those we come in contact are climbing. Be kind and give when ever you can.”
