Giving Tuesday 2024
This year for Giving Tuesday, we’re asking patrons to help by donating to our Gilbert Fund. The Gilbert Fund is reserved to help animals with special needs that often require expensive medical intervention to improve quality or life – or save a life. With the help of our community, our goal is to raise $15,000. $14,091.30 RAISED Thank you to everyone who has donated so far! EWEPNA Handmade Christmas Market
The East Ward – Echo Place Neighbourhood Association (EWEPNA) is proud to present our 3rd Annual Handmade Christmas Market at Woodman Park Community Centre – 491 Grey Street on Saturday November 30th from 10am to 4pm. With 40 local and area artists, artisans, and crafters you are sure to find those perfect gifts for under the tree. Admission is $2 or $1 with a non-perishable food donation in support of BL’s Little Free Pantries & Gifts of the Heart. Children under 12 are free. Door prizes and giveaways will happen throughout the day! Save the date and see YOU there!
Pet Pics with Santa
Ladybird is looking forward to one of our favourite fundraising events and popular holiday traditions; Pet Pics with Santa! Clifford Brewing Co. in Hamilton has generously offered to host our event. We hope to see you and your furry pals this holiday season! No pre-booked sessions necessary. First come, first served. COST Sessions are $25 each per pose/image. You will receive a digital photo from your session via gallery link by sent to you email. Ladybird Bowl-A-Thon 2024
We are incredibly moved by the outpouring of support and enthusiasm for our 2024 Bowl-A-Thon. Participants completely blew away our expectations and, as a community, we managed to raise $23,896.84 to help the animals of Ladybird. So Amazing! Our top fundraising team – Hocus Pocus Five – put in so much effort with gathering pledges and doing bottle drives in their neighbourhoods, which ultimately rocketed them into the top slot on our leaderboard. Dexter’s Comedy Fundraiser
Dexter’s Comedy Fundraiser is a standup comedy show in honour of Dexter, a Levity family pet who unexpectedly passed in December 2023. Proceeds will be donated to the Hamilton SPCA and other local animal shelters including Ladybird Animal Sanctuary. Tickets are $25. Tickets

What a night!! We’re still buzzing from our first annual Whitehorse Winter Classic Ladybird fundraiser at the Burlington Performing Arts Centre.
