- To register your team fill out the form below
- Teams can have up to five (5) players
- Each individual in a team’s goal is raise a minimum of $100 in pledges/sponsorships, or $500 for a team of five players
- Don’t have a team? Ladybird will help individuals form or join teams (in the form below, you may leave the team name blank, and just add your name to the “Team Member #1” field.)
- There is a $25 admission fee for anyone wishing to attend the event but not compete
- Event includes free pizza and beverages
- Once registered, Ladybird will send you a welcome email with pledge fundraising details
- Charitable Tax Receipts: Donation receipts will be issued to those who pledge support via cash or cheque, as long as Ladybird is provided with full name, email address and mailing address of the donor. Supporters who have pledged directly through our website will automatically be issued at charitable tax receipt sent via email
