FOSTER NEWS
Bluebell and Benson
Both Bluebell and Benson were rescued a month apart from different provinces and placed in the same foster home. Because a single bunny is a lonely bunny, we decided to try to bond Benson and Bluebell. After only a week of slow introductions they became inseparable. Wherever Bluebell goes her trusty sidekick Benson is just one hop away. Benson’s gentle nature has softened Bluebell’s tiny but feisty personality. Now a bonded pair, they are both sweet and loving bunnies who would make a great addition to the perfect forever family. Read more

ADOPTION NEWS
Congratulations, Flo
There’s good reason why Ladybird’s tagline is ‘Look what love can do’. There is no better example of what kindness and care can do for an animal in need than Flo’s story. Rescued in May of 2020, Flo had a long road to recovery from years of neglect. Luckily, she landed in a safe and doting foster home and received various rounds of much needed vet attention. Donors from far and wide answered the call to help cover the cost of care that she needed. We are delighted that Flo’s foster family decided to make her a permanent part of their forever home. RESIDENT NEWS
Rajah
Rajah and Bucky ended up at Hamilton Animal Services when their owner passed away. We’re happy to announce that Bucky was recently adopted. But, due to Rajah’s advanced age and recurring health issues, we’ve decided to keep him under Ladybird’s care as a permanent resident. This means he will stay in his foster home with the ongoing support of Ladybird for as long as his health and quality of life allows. Read Rajah’s story
