Forsythia
* Forsythia has been adopted by her foster family! Yay! *
Forsythia ended up at Hamilton Animal Services when her owner passed away. We were happy to rescue Forsythia when a foster home opened up, and she’s already settling in there. Forsythia is cute as a button, and gets along great with the dog and cat in her foster home. She’s learning to trust her human foster family, and is having fun exploring her new surroundings. She will be spayed, and once she’s healed she’ll be ready to start the search for her forever home.
Welcome Forsythia! We’re so glad you’re here!
Our fostered rabbits are housed in x-pens or similar enclosures so they have lots of room to move around when they aren’t out for floor time. Some of our rabbits are free range in their foster home.
Commercially made pet store rabbit cages are far too small to allow rabbits to stretch out and move around with ease.
Here are some great websites and photos outlining alternative rabbit housing using x pens and similar enclosures.
