* Ellen and Portia found their forever home with lovely people! *

Ellen and Portia arrived at Hamilton Animal Services as strays and were not claimed by their owner. We’re not sure if Ellen and Portia are related, but they seem to be the same age, and they like each other! During their time at the shelter, they were always found curled up with each other on their bed.
They were spayed on their rescue day, and now that they’re healed from their surgeries, Ellen and Portia are ready to find their forever home!
We’re asking that Ellen and Portia be adopted as a pair They’re just the sweetest girls!

Here’s a note from their foster family:
“Ellen and Portia are kitty friends with different looks and personalities! They both love attention and pets and are very purry. Portia is the fluffy one, she loves rolling, tiny squeaks and pets. Ellen is the less fluffy one and also loves rolling and pets. She sometimes gives little nips when she is being pet but it’s not hard and I think she is being affectionate. They are still settling in after their rescue. They hid the first few days they were with us but now come out of their hiding spots when we visit. I think Ellen is still adjusting as she sometimes gets a bit hissy with Portia but Portia doesn’t seem to be bothered. They are both super sweet kitties and I can only imagine that they will be great additions to someone’s home after they’ve been given some time to settle in at their new home.”
