* Pixie and her son Tommy Lee found their forever home together with a wonderful person! Yippee! *

Pixie came into Hamilton Animal Services as a stray. She was skinny, flea infested, and had skin issues that were likely caused by the fleas. To top it off, Pixie was pregnant. Pixie’s owners did not come forward to claim her, and she ended up giving birth to three kittens on July 22nd – Ozzie, Lemmy and Tommy Lee. We were happy to get Pixie out of the shelter when a foster home opened up, and everyone did great there. Pixie is a fantastic mama, and she raised her babies like a champ. With the help of her foster mom and some vet care, Pixie gained weight and the skin issues cleared up. We had Pixie spayed after the kittens were weened, and she found her forever home shortly after, along with Tommy Lee! Yay!
