Moby
* Moby and Marvin found their forever home together with amazing people! Woo hoo! *
Magnolia arrived at Hamilton Animal Services as a stray, and she gave birth to five babies the next day. Sadly, one baby passed away suddenly. Nobody came forward to claim Magnolia, and when HAS staff reached out to us for help, we were happy to get Magnolia and her little family out of the stress of the shelter.
Magnolia did a fantastic job raising her family. When the babies turned eight weeks old, they had a vet visit, and they were all given a clean bill of health. Now they are ready to find their forever homes!
Madeline, Marvin, Moby and Morty are fun and energetic babies. Madeline is the only girl, and she happens to be the friendliest of the bunch. She is much like her mom when it comes to her love of being petted. She turns into a puddle and stays there until you stop petting her. Such a sweetheart! Marvin, Moby and Morty are happy and curious boys. They are more interested in exploring and running around than they are being petted, but they do like affection when they are in the mood.
We are asking that the babies to be adopted together.
* Please note that the babies are too small to be spayed or neutered. They are scheduled for their surgeries at the end of February at Spencer Creek Animal Hospital in Dundas. Adopters must agree to get their adopted bunnies to that appointment.
Please Marvin and Moby!

Our fostered rabbits are housed in x-pens or similar enclosures so they have lots of room to move around when they aren’t out for floor time. Some of our rabbits are free range in their foster home.
Commercially made pet store rabbit cages are far too small to allow rabbits to stretch out and move around with ease.
Here are some great websites and photos outlining alternative rabbit housing using x pens and similar enclosures.
