Billie gave birth to four babies on April 22nd.
This little one was born with a physical deformity, but he was doing well for the first few days. Then, his foster family noticed he wasn’t keeping up with his siblings, and he wasn’t gaining weight. Following advice from our vets, his foster family started supplementing his feeding, but despite their best efforts, poor wee piggy passed away.
Our hearts go out to the pig’s foster family, and to Billie and her remaining babies, who are thankfully doing well.
