* Lilly found her forever home with wonderful people! Woo hoo! *

Lilly was surrendered to Hamilton Animal Services by relatives when her owner passed away. We were happy to get Lilly out of the shelter when a foster home became available.
This sweet girl is a little pudgy, so she’s been started on a special diet to help her shed some pounds. She had blood work done at her vet visit, and everything was normal. Lilly had dental surgery (7 extractions) and she came through it with flying colours. Lilly is all healed from her surgery now, and ready for her forever home! Potential adopters must be willing to keep Lilly on the special diet to continue to help her on her weight loss journey.

Here’s a note from Lilly’s foster home:
“Lilly is such a sweet and funny girl. She is always making us laugh with her odd sleeping positions and funny noises. Since being with us she has really started opening up and showing us her true personality. She loves pets and cuddles on her terms. She will come up to you and lay on your lap or rub against you and want all the attention but when she walks away it’s best to leave her to herself. She is an independent women who likes to admire you from a far at times but is also happy to snuggle up and watch a movie. She does love to play with her toys and scratch on her mat. Her ideal home would have no other pets. I do think she would get along with older children who can respect her space. Other then needing to lose some weight, she is healthy as can be. She sure does LOVE to eat!”
