* Bo has been adopted by amazing people! Yippee! *

Bo was surrendered to Hamilton Animal Services by his owner when they could no longer look after him. Despite being very frightened at the shelter, Bo still had a wagging tail for everyone he met. We were happy to get Bo out of the noise and bustle of the shelter, and into a loving foster home. We had Bo neutered and now that he’s healed, he’s ready to find his forever home! A home without small children would be ideal for Bo.

Here’s a note from Bo’s foster mom:
“Bo is the perfect chihuahua. He is very well mannered and laid back. He can be timid when meeting new people but he warms up very quickly. Bo is sweet and gentle and very affectionate. He loves walks and being outside in nature. Being as small as he is, he does not require a lot of exercise but will happily join you on any adventure until he gets tuckered out. Bo has some apprehensiveness towards other dogs but is more curious than he is aggressive. He would be fine in a home with cats or other small animals, as long as they were introduced properly. Bo is a cuddle bug and loves to snuggle up under the covers. He is house broken and knows simple commands. Bo is very loyal and social, and he does not like to be left alone. A home with someone who has lots of time to share with him would be best.”

” Gosh, 2 years with the sweetest, kindest, most intelligent, and cutest boy, Bo. 2 years zipped by, yet it feels like he’s been with us forever. Bo fulfils our lives and brings us the most joy!

Bo loves his parents in his own unique way, but loves mom the most (according to dad). Bo loves routine and watches us in the window as we arrive home.

Bo loves his toy bear the most, and his sherpa bag he loves to rest in. He recently learned and loves to play his garden game where we hide treats in (you can certainly teach an old dog new tricks!)

Bo loves to be in the car, daily walks, visiting dad at work, and just loves the simplicity of being cozy.
