* Milly found her forever home with amazing people, and other pigs to be friends with! Yay! *

Milly was rescued from a shelter in Quebec. She was surrendered to the shelter by her owner, but we were not told the reason.
We’d like to send a big thank you to Freedom Drivers Volunteer Transport for getting Milly to us safely.

When she arrived into our care, Milly had an issue with her bladder. After an exam, x-rays, and a round of medication, she’s feeling much better and her urine is back to normal. Yay! Milly is now ready to find her forever home.
Guinea pigs are heard animals and they thrive with companionship. Milly needs a home where there are other female guinea pigs, or neutered male pigs for her to be friends with.
Milly is a friendly, but shy pig. She would benefit from a home with people who will be gentle with her and respect her boundaries. Milly loves snacks, and her favourite green is romaine lettuce. She also enjoys Oxbow brand Vitamin C tablets, and other Oxbow small animal treats.
In her foster home, Milly has a large enclosure that allows her lots of space to explore, and she has been provided with several hiding tubes and houses for when she’s feeling shy. She loves a pile of fresh hay to burrow in, and she’ll happily wheek when she knows it’s snack time.
