* Frankie has been adopted by her amazing foster family! Woo hoo! *

Frankie came into Hamilton Animal Services as a stray. Shelter staff noticed right away that Frankie seemed to have limited vision. It wasn’t clear why she couldn’t see, but she did bump into things when walking around, and she felt much safer in a human’s arms than on the ground. Frankie is certainly a sweet and snuggly girl. We were happy to get Frankie out of the shelter when a foster home opened up. She had several vet visits during her time with us. She was vaccinated, spayed, microchipped, and her vision was checked. There didn’t seem to be a solid reason why she is blind, but it’s possible she was born that way. It certainly doesn’t bother her at all and she figured out all the routes around her foster home.
We were so happy when Frankie’s foster family told us they wanted to adopt her. She definitely found the best forever home!
