Marceline
* Marceline has been adopted by wonderful people, and she’ll have other cats to be friends with. Yay! *
Marceline ended up at Burlington Animal Services with her siblings as a stray litter. All of her siblings were adopted, but the shelter noted that Marceline had a minor issue with her bum. It was very red and swollen. Because municipal shelters are limited in how much vet care they can provide, the shelter reached out to us for help. We were happy to get Marceline out of the shelter, and she went straight to the vet to get checked out. The vet let us know that the issue with Marceline’s bum is minor, and she didn’t need surgery. She’s been doing fantastically in her foster home since her rescue, and now she’s ready to find her forever home!
Marceline’s foster family report that she’s a very active little girl, but quite gentle when playing. She gets along with the dogs and birds in her foster home, and would do best in a home with another kitty friend who can match her energy level (which is very high). Marceline is a very sweet cat, and deserves a wonderful home who will love her forever.
To note: Marceline is scheduled to be spayed in April. Potential adopters must be willing to bring her to the appointment at her vet in Hamilton.
