Ashley
Ashley came into Hamilton Animal Control as a stray. Ladybird rescued her from there and took her to our vet to be spayed. Just before the surgery, the vet discovered that Ashley had a bladder infection and a few crystals in her urine. The vet spayed her, and gave us some medication and special food to help clear up the infection. She is doing very well in her foster home, and will likely be able to switch back to a high-quality store bought food once she has a urine re-check in the next month or so. Here is a note from Ashley’s foster home:
“Ashley is coming out of her shell a lot. She loves to play and explore. She’s so tiny and cute! All black with just a little white on her chest. She’s happy to get pats and attention. Still working on being picked up but she certainly doesn’t hate it. She’s integrated with all our pets, so I think she’d be great in a multi pet household. She would love to have a kitty friend I’m sure! She takes her pill pretty easily too. Oh and she has the sweetest little meow!”
