Fantasia (aka “Fanta”) was surrendered to Hamilton Animal Services after his owner went into long term care. We were happy to help this beautiful boy when a foster home opened up. Fanta has had a visit with one of our vets and we’re glad to learn he’s in good health, albeit a bit chonky. He’s been placed on a metabolic diet to help him lose some weight. He will also be having a dental cleaning soon.

Here is what Fanta’s foster family says about him:
“Fanta is a velcro cat! He adores attention and just wants to follow me around wherever I go. He shows some interest in playing, but is mostly focused on cuddling and pats. His other favourite pastime is watching birds out the window. He has been calm when he’s caught glimpses of other cats and dogs, so hopefully he’ll be open to living with both/either.”
