Little Peony was back and forth to the vet several times since her rescue. She wasn’t growing and thriving as well as her three sisters. Though her foster mom and our vets did their best with force feeding, medications and treatment, Peony’s little body just couldn’t fight whatever it was that was making her unwell, and she passed away in her foster home yesterday.

We’re heartbroken again.
