Jon Bon Jovi
We rescued Jon Bon Jovi from Hamilton Animal Control where he found himself as a stray. He had an eye infection when we first rescued him, but it’s all cleared up now.
Jon Bon Jovi s a sweet little guy who loves to play and enjoys the company of the other cats in his foster home.
Jon Bon Jovi found his forever home with awesome people!

A note from Jon Bon Jovi’s adopters:
“Hey Ladybird!!
About a month ago, I adopted the awesome Jon Bon Jovi, and I was thinking it was about time I shared his progress with you guys! 🙂 (FYI he is currently sprawled out on top of me purring away as I type this!)
The first few days with Jovi (our nickname for him) were as expected… we have 4 big dogs (3 huskies and a lab) and 3 other cats under 5yrs old. Jovi was intimidated by the others and they were a little wary of him. There was some hissing, running away, you know… the usual new guy stuff.
HOWEVER, after only 3 days, Jovi had begun to test the waters with the dogs and cats. He ventured into new rooms, tried and succeeded at playing with the other animals, and soon enough he would actually cry at my door in the morning so he could leave the room and go be with the other cats!
Now, a few weeks later, he has integrated wonderfully into our home. He is BEST FRIENDS with our other three cats (especially our ragdoll Castiel! you can’t separate the two) and the 4 of them romp and play together for hours and curl up together in the cat tree or on my bed when it is nap time. AND he even likes to cuddle and play with our dogs who in return are gentle and accepting of him like all of the other cats.
Jovi is such a sweet little kitty. He is super energetic and playful (he LOVES the cat laser and a bit of catnip now and again!) and he has turned into the biggest sucky cat ever, demanding cuddles whenever he feels like it and actually grabbing and hugging my legs when he wants to be picked up and acknowledged. Looking at how well he fits in with our family, it is like he was always meant to be here. He is an absolute blessing and I am so grateful you guys rescued him so I could eventually find him and give him his forever home.
Thank you SO MUCH!
Taylor”
