Harvey
Harvey was rescued from Hamilton Animal Control where he ended up as a stray.
Here’s a note from Harvey’s foster mom:
“Harvey is a purring machine and a chirper. He is not only cute but extremely sweet and loves to be held and cuddled. He especially loves his ear and head massages. Harvey is a high energy boy that is having a blast chasing and wrestling with his foster mate, Sparky. They tire each other out running through the house and then settle down for some lap time with their foster mum. Harvey follows his foster mum everywhere for cuddle time and would do well in a home where he gets lots of cuddles and kisses.”
Harvey found his forever home with great people!

January 2015 – Here’s a note from Harvey’s adopter:
“Just thought I would give you a little update on Harvey (known as Rufus or Ruru now!)
My husband and I are so grateful for your organization and therefore, bringing Rufus into our lives, thank you:) He is such a joy to have in the house and has fit right in! Ruru is so gentle and loving and will always offer up some kisses when you need it the most. He has become very taken with our dog Meeka, cuddling, sleeping, kissing and playing together. We were initially worried as Rufus hadn’t been exposed to dogs before. We gradually introduced them to one another over a days as well as gradually exposing him to all areas of the house until he was comfortable. I think that helped him immensely in integrating into our family. Thank you for sending those helpful links:) He often follows his mum around the house and doesn’t like to be alone. He loves playing with his new Christmas toys such as his laser, mini mouse and various toys on strings when he plays with his mum or dad. He loves to attack your feet under the covers, to please his daddy! He loves to chat back and forth, especially when it’s time for breakfast or dinner, he lovesssss food! He doesn’t love getting his nails trimmed or being brushed too much, but he sure loves the treats he gets after!
