We rescued Fred from Hamilton Animal Control. He was dropped off there by his owners who no longer wanted him.

Fred is a shy rat, but his foster home is doing their best to have him be more comfortable being handled. He LOVES food, and will happily try all kinds of new snacks.

We recommend large enclosures for rats like Critter Nation cages. The more space they have, the better! Fred is currently living in a single level version of a Critter Nation cage and he enjoys the room he has in it.
