We rescued Rena and her kittens Sammy, JonJon, Clara and Cricket from Hamilton Animal Control! They were a little bit worse for wear from wherever they were living before they ended up at HAC. They all had diarrhea, and Rena was very dirty and had a lot of matting in her fur. But after a couple of vet visits and some TLC from their foster mom, they are now ready to find their forever homes.

JonJon’s foster home reports that JonJon is a purr machine and super playful.

JonJon found a forever home with a great human family with dog and cat siblings too!

Here’s a note from JonJon’s (now Tigger’s) forever home:
“Tigger is doing amazing. He is probably the best behaved kitten we have ever had.  Hope he’s not just playin’ us until the ink is dry on the adoption papers. ha ha.  My girls adore him.  Even my husband who is not a cat person adores this little guy and needs “his time” with him.  

Our big dog has finally accepted him (always takes a few days with Weims as they don’t like cats) but we are still keeping a watchful eye.  The older cat has almost accepted him and has stopped hissing like a crazed viper.
