Kiki
We rescued Mimi and Kiki from a high-volume shelter in Laval, Quebec. They came into the shelter separately, but they became fast friends when introduced. Guinea Pigs do better in pairs or groups, so we are asking that they be adopted as a pair.
Mimi and Kiki are sweet and curious guinea pigs. Mimi is the more adventurous of the pair, and Kiki is a bit shy, but still friendly. Children should be supervised at all times when handling guinea pigs.
Guinea pigs need a large enclosure that is bigger than the typical cages sold in pet stores. Visit www.guineapigcages.com for ideas for DIY and larger cages you can purchase.
Mimi and Kiki need a diet of guinea pig pellets, timothy hay and a daily variety of fruits and vegetables. They enjoy carrots, romaine lettuce, apple, cucumber, kale, and other leafy greens.
After five months in foster care, Mimi and Kiki found their forever home together with awesome people!
Big thanks to the Wilson Street Pet Valu for looking after Mimi and Kiki until they found their forever home.
