Ladybird rescued Shasta, Siri and Ripley from Hamilton Animal Control where they found themselves without their mother. Luckily, we had a “bottle-feeder” foster home on hand who was willing to take them in, and take on the huge task of caring for kittens of this age. Foster mom did a great job of raising these sweet kittens, and even added a fourth kitten (Nugget) of similar age who came into HAC by himself.

Here’s a note from their foster home:

“This is a very active bunch.  Nugget and Siri are real cuddle bugs.  Into EVERYTHING!  LOL  They all play hard then crash, all of which lasts for about 10 minutes then they are off again.  Love chasing toys and each other.  They are hilarious to watch.  Not sure what to make of the adult cat in the house, but they are not scared.  Same with the dogs.  No fear.”

Shasta has been adopted to a lovely family!
