We rescued Prince Harry from Hamilton Animal Control. Poor Harry ended up at HAC when his owners could no longer care for him because of their own health issues. Harry desperately needed a grooming, so we got him one on his rescue day. (Thank you TLC Grooming!) He looked like a totally different dog!
Harry went straight from the groomer to the vet. (Thank you Stone Church Animal Clinic!)
At approximately 15 years old, Harry had some typical old dog lumps and bumps, but his health was pretty good overall. He could use to lose a little weight though. Harry’s ears were plugged up with yeast and dirt and they were a bit infected, so our vet gave them a good cleaning. Harry’s blood work report was excellent for a dog his age. He had dental surgery to remove some rotten teeth, and he recovered well in his foster home.
Harry is a very people oriented dog. He loves attention and makes friends with everyone he meets, human and otherwise!
After only a short time in foster care, Prince Harry found his forever home with lovely people!
