We rescued three kittens from Hamilton Animal Control. They were only about one week old and they were found without their mother. Thankfully we had an experienced bottle-feeding foster mom who was willing to take them in. They did really well for three weeks in their foster home, until without warning, they each passed away within a few days of each other. Sudden deaths like this are an unfortunate, and unexplainable reality when it comes to orphaned kittens.
Our hearts go out to their foster mom.
