* Carrie and Cherry found their forever home together! Yay! *

We took in twelve rats from a North Bay shelter who were originally removed from a hoarding situation.
Debbie (Carrie and Cherry’s mom), gave birth to nine babies on January 9th. She did a great job raising her babies and now they are all ready to find their forever homes!
Rats do best in pairs and/or groups, so we are asking that Carrie and Cherry be adopted as a pair. They are shy rats, but warm up quickly when handled gently and with patience.
The girls enjoy exploring, and their daily treat of fruit, veggies, crackers and other snacks.

A large, multi-level cage such as a Critter Nation cage is recommended for rats.
