* Ozzie found his forever home with a lovely family, and another pig to be friends with! Yay! *

Ozzie was surrendered to a shelter in Quebec by his owners because he wasn’t getting along with the other male guinea pigs in the home.
We’d like to send a big thank you out to the volunteers of Freedom Drivers Animal Rescue Transports for getting Ozzie to us safe and sound all the way from Quebec!
Ozzie was a little nervous when he first arrived, but he warmed up pretty quickly once he settled in at his foster home.
Ozzie had a vet visit where he got a clean bill of health, which means he’s ready to find his forever home! Ozzie loves to burrow in his hay pile, and he very much enjoys the fruit and veggie treats he receives. He’s pretty much the perfect pig!

We recommend cages such as the ones found at GuineaPigCages.com. Commercially made guinea pig cages that are found at most pet stores are far too small, and don’t allow for the space a pig needs. Many other great cage ideas can be found on this page of Pinterest.
