Sprinkles
* Sprinkles found her forever home with lovely people! *
Sprinkles, and several other cats and dogs (including Morrie) ended up at Hamilton Animal Control when they were removed from their home due to the poor conditions there.
When Sprinkles arrived at HAC, she was covered in fleas and was suffering from an upper respiratory virus. Shelter staff started her on medication and gave her a flea treatment. Thanks to the care Sprinkles received, she was feeling much better by the time we were able to rescue her. Not 100%, but definitely better!
Sprinkles is a super friendly little girl. Always has her purr on and has lots of energy. We’re thankful she’s so happy, despite the conditions she came from.
Sprinkles had a couple of vet visits since being in foster care, and she’s now feeling well enough to find her forever home!
Here’s a note from Sprinkles’ foster home:
“Our little Sprinkles is feeling much better after a bout with an upper respiratory virus. She is now on a daily immune support which will continue to help her. Sprinkles is an extraordinary kitten because she’s not only playful and cute, but she’s also confident and loving. She loves to play and enjoys the company of cats and dogs. We haven’t found anything she’s afraid of yet. When she’s tired she’ll come lay down by you and purr louder than seems possible! She doesn’t like being away from people or the action of the house. She’s very curious as kittens are, so you may need to take protective measures for your plants, and outside access. She would make a lovely companion for pretty much any family dynamic and we hope she’ll find that loving family before Christmas.
Likes – playing, snuggles, cats, dogs, watching raindrops
Dislikes – being held for long time periods (she’s gotta go play!)”
We are asking that Sprinkles be adopted to a home where there are other pets to keep her company.
Please adopt Sprinkles!
