* Wonton found his forever home with a wonderful person! *

Wonton was surrendered to Hamilton Animal Control by his owners because of allergies in the family.
He’s a friendly hamster, and so cute! Wonton is a lovely little guy. He likes to be held and even sits happily for top-of-the-head scritches! His foster home report that he enjoys exploring when he’s out for exercise, and when he’s in his cage, his evenings are spent running on his wheel. He likes a variety of fruit, veggies and other snacks, as well as his regular hamster food.

Wonton had a vet appointment with Dr. Bhan at Main West Animal Hospital and he was given the all clear to start the search for his forever home!
Potential adopters need to realize that although we don’t know his exact age, Wonton is likely a senior hamster. He’s been given a clean bill of health by the vet, but hamster life expectancy is only 2-3 years. We do hope he’ll live a long time!
