Moses
* Moses found his forever home with one of the lovely staff members of Guelph Animal Hospital! Yay! *
Moses ended up at Hamilton Animal Control as a stray. He was suffering from entropion; a condition in which a portion of the eyelid is inverted or folded inward against the eyeball. This condition can be painful and uncomfortable, so shelter staff started Moses on eye drops and pain medication. We made an appointment with Dr. Fleming at Guelph Animal Hospital to get Moses the surgery he needed to repair his eyes. Unfortunately, while still at HAC, Moses had come down with an upper respiratory virus and the surgery had to be postponed. Moses hung out at Guelph Animal Hospital where he was treated for his illness. Though he wasn’t feeling great, Moses still had purrs and head-bonks for everyone he met. Such a sweet boy! He was eventually healthy enough to have the eye and neuter surgery, and he came through with flying colours.
Shortly after his surgery, one of the Guelph Animal Hospital staff contacted us to say she had fallen in love with Moses and would like to adopt him. We were thrilled! Moses had his forever home before even leaving the clinic, and we couldn’t be happier!
Congrats on your forever home Moses!
