A quick Bitsy update before everyone starts their New Year celebrations!
Bitsy had her dental surgery and spay on Monday. Her mouth was so terrible, she had to have all her inner teeth removed. Poor girl! She is healing well and still has her cute underbite fang as you can see! Bitsy was diagnosed with a heart murmur, and she has fluid on her lungs so she’s doing quite a lot of coughing. Our vets prescribed medication for this, and her foster home is monitoring her closely. She’s eating and acting pretty normally considering everything she’s been through since her rescue.
We’ll keep you updated on how she’s doing.
