Penny had a vet appointment today to recheck her eye. It’s healing nicely, but she still needs a few more weeks of treatment to heal fully. The vet discovered today that one of her K9 teeth is broken. It is likely that this tooth was broken off at the same time she sustained her eye injury. We’ll never know for sure what happened to poor Penny, but we do know it was not very pleasant! Penny’s broken tooth will need to be removed because it is infected. We could really use your donations now to help with Penny’s care.

Penny is a petite and sweet little girl, and once she’s feeling better, she’ll be looking for her forever home where she can be safe from any more injury and pain.
